We're not chasing a trend or trying to out-craft the shops up in Seattle — we're building something simpler: a reliable stop that fits into your day, whether that's a quick cup on the way to the ferry or an hour of sitting and working with nowhere to be.
Port Orchard didn't have a place like that yet. Somewhere between the gas station coffee and the hour-long drive north, there's room for good, honest coffee made by someone who knows your name.
